PEDICON KERALA 2026

1. Registration

Registration is mandatory for all delegates including accompanying person.
Children above 8 years must be registered.
IAP members must provide their valid IAP Membership Number at the time of registration.
PG students must provide their IAP Membership Number and upload a valid bona fide certificate from the Head of the Department/Institution.
Senior citizens (above 70 years as of January 1, 2026) must provide valid age proof to avail applicable concessions.
Registration is strictly non-transferable.

All payments must be made through approved payment modes.
Bank charges, online transaction fees, GST, and other applicable taxes must be borne by the delegate.
The final payable amount will be rounded up to the nearest multiple of ₹10.

Registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
Refunds for duplicate transactions (if any) will be processed within 30 working days after verification and credited to the original mode of payment.

A valid photo ID is mandatory for venue entry.
Only registered delegates will receive entry passes and conference materials.
Delegate kits will be issued only upon presentation of the conference badge and are subject to availability for spot registrations.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny entry for violation of conference rules.
The conference schedule is subject to change without prior notice.

The organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
The conference may be modified or rescheduled due to force majeure or government directives.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
